I'm dancing again!

Yep, last night, ballroom classes started again.

We recapped on a lot of the basics, but that's a good thing, because I'm out of practice. It's almost as if I forgot how to move.

I don't know if I'll ever be able to move like this though... (Feel free to stop at around 3 minutes when the dance is finished. Although I must say, Karina Smirnoff has one heck of a bow and scrape on her.)

Awesome!! I would love to take real dancing classes one day. Right now the closest I get is Zumba class at the gym, and trust me.. my dance moves are terrible! Good luck!

Oh I'd also love to take lessons but I suspect I have far too much on my plate planned for this year. But ut def most be before one foot dangles over the grave.
I can't wait for you to post one of your dance evenings with your class.

My 12 yo used to do ballroom dancing but he quit. He was the only guy in the class. He's too young to appreciate the perks of that. :)

Oh, how cool! I'd love to take lessons, but I'd probably injure myself!

Cheyanne, ballroom is awesome, because with the right partner, you can use it at any party. ;-)

Wendy I'll definitely do something like that. I might even put one on YouTube to do some marketing.

Claudia, it's a wonderful way to pass the time.

Nicole, I definitely recommend it.

Lol Stina give him time. He'll kick himself when he's older. :-P

Talli it's actually quite easy in the beginning. The only pain is to get a feel for the steps - especially in Latin - but once you have it, things become easier.

Nas, that's the best part about dancing - except the expression that comes from it.

Thanks Sunny. I hope you have a good year as well.
